Cucumber, apple and Lemon Juice Recipe

Introduction: It is one of the most popular juice in juice Master Juice ‘n’ Smoothie bars up and down the country, and is the ‘thick’ version, if you will of the juice Master’s Sports Hydro Juice. It is also one of the easiest juices to make.


1/4 cucumber

1 stick celery

2 apple (Golden Delicious or Royal Gala are best)

1/4 lemon (rind on-if waxed just peel first. This isn’t in our juice bar version but it is ideal for helping to prevent the juice oxidizing if taking to the gym in a juice flask)

Method: Simply juice the cucumber, celery, apples and lemon and pour over ice. If taking to the gym, fill to top of flask and close.

Juices Content following vitamins: Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and C, iron, potassium, sodium, chlorine, magnesium, bioflavonoids, beta-carotene, folic acid and calcium.
