CRUNCHY TANDOORI PANEER
Paneer (cut into chunks)-250gms
Breadcrumbs ( a day old brown bread)-1 cup
Coriander leaves(finely chopped)-2tbsp
Mint leaves(finely chopped)-1 tbsp
Freshly ground black pepper
Salt to taste
Put the paneer pieces in a bowl and sprinkle salt and pepper and leave aside for 10 minutes. In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs, coriander leaves, mint leaves, lemon juice, chat masala, salt and pepper and mix well.
Dissolve the corn flour in 1/3rd cup water and make a thin batter. Dip the paneer chunks in corn flour and roll over the breadcrumb mixture. Put on skewers and bake in a hot tandoor or oven at 200°C for 10 minutes or till golden brown. Sprinkle chat masala and serve with green chutney.
