CORN PAKORAS

Makes 4 servings

Cooking Time: 15 mins

Ingredients:

¼ kg. Baby Corn
¼ cup cheese, grated
1 cup Milk 
½ cup Maida
1/2 cup Corn Flour
2 tbsps. Bengal Gram Flour
¼ tsp. Baking Powder 
Salt to taste
1 tsp. Ginger Garlic Chilli Paste
Oil for deep frying

Method:

1.       Cut baby corn into long thin slices.
2.       Add salt, baking powder, ginger-garlic paste, cheese and milk to the flours.
3.       Mix it like a batter consistency.
4.       Dip baby corn in this batter and deep fry.
5.       Serve hot with tomato sauce and mint chutney.
