Coconut Raita


2 cups curd

1/2 cup grated coconut

2-3 green chilies ( chopped)

1 spring curry leaves

2 tsp. mustard oil/ veg oil

2 red chilies

1/2 tsp. mustard seeds

1/2 tsp. salt (as to test)


Beat curd, add coconut, green chilies and salt. Set aside.

Heat oil, add mustard seeds, curry leaves and red chilies. When smoke starts, off heat and pour this mixture to raita.

Raita is ready. Serve with rice or paratha.
