For the kababs
Bunch of cilantro / Coriander, also known as cilantro, Chinese parsley or dhania,
ginger garlic paste
FOR THE BASKET
1/2 kg Potatoes
Oil for frying
Grate the potatoes and soak them in water for about an hour, till turned pink.Now make a paste of cilantro ,mint leaves and dahi.
Add breadcrumbs to it. Now add chaat masala ginger garlic paste lemon juice along with other spices.Now make small tikkis out of them.
Now when the potatoes turn pink soak the water out from the potatoes and with the help of a sieve(channi) give the shape of a basket and fry .when the basket is half done keep the kababs in the basket and again fry.
Serve hot with some chaat masala and lemon juice on it along with chutney.
