10 to 12 big idlis cut to small pieces.
2 boiled potato
2 onion cut to pieces
sev used for Bhel
tomatoes, cucumber cut to small pieces(optional)
green chutney used for bhel
small green chillies cut to pieces.
cook idlis and let it cool.
Arrange the idli’s on the plate
Add potatoes,onion,chutneys and top it with sev and coriander leaves.
