10 medium carrots
1 celery stalk, chopped
Salt to taste
½ tsp black pepper powder
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Chop the carrots into one-inch cubes. Place in the freezer till completely frozen.
Place the frozen carrots in a blender and blend until smooth and frothy. Add the celery, salt and pepper powder and continue to blend.
Add the ice cubes and lemon juice and blend for few seconds.
