2 Onions finely chopped
1 Tomato finely chopped
2 Tsp of mustard seeds
1 tsp of Jeera Seeds
3 or 4 green chillies finely chopped….as per the spicy taste
1 tsp of Tumeric powder
few curry leaves
4 pods of garlic
1 tsp of garam masala
4 tsp of Oil
salt To taste
Take non stick a pan and put some oil in it.
Put some curry leaves, mustard seeds, green chillies, Garlic and add chopped onions
Fry the onions for sometime.While frying put little Tumeric powder and saute it well.
After sometime put chopped tomatoes and let it cook well till the everything is mixed properly.
Then Put garam masala.
Lower the heat and let it cook for 3 to 4 mins.
Then cut bread slices in small square and in it and mix well and light so that it doesn breaks.
Once fully mixed then cover the pan with lid let is heat for 2mins.
After that you can garnish it with Coriander and lemon juice.
