BREAD GHUJIYA FLOATSCORN

Serves :  4

Cooking time:  15 mins.

Ingredients:

4 slices of bread

¼ cup khoya

½ cup sugar

1 tbsp. Coconut powde

1 tbsp. Finely cut almonds

1 tbsp. Raisins

½ tsp. Cardamom powder

¼ cup desi ghee

2 cups rabri

For garnishing:

Finely cut pista and saffron

Method:

1. Mix all the ingredients for the filling.

2. Cut the slices into rounds and apply a little water on the edges. 

3. Place a little filling in the centre and fold in the ghujiya

4. Press firmly.  Fry on a tawa on both sides till golden, using the desi ghee.

5. Serve dipped in the rabri and garnished with the pista flakes and the saffron.
