Brahmi shake

Ingredients
10-15 brahmi leafs
5 almonds (soaked in water overnight)
2tsp Tal misri
Method
Grind all to a fine paste, add 1 cup of water, and stir.
Brahmi shake is ready.
Take it in early morning. One of the best brain tonics.
(Person suffering from cold and cough avoid it)
