Introduction: The smoothie not only tastes sweet and creamy, but has been designed to add a little ‘Va Va Voom’ in the bed room (or Wherever else takes your fancy!)
1 handful fresh blueberries
1 large orange (peeled but with the pith on)
100g low-fat live yogurt
4 ice cubes
Method: Juice the orange and pour into the blender. Add the blueberries, yogurt and ice Blend until creamy and smooth.
