Blueberries, Blackberries with almond and banana juice Recipe

You might also be pleased to know that you don’t even need your juicer for this natural beauty smoothie. just your blender (so munch easier to clean!).


1 small handful almonds (soaked overnight)

1 small handful blueberries

1 small handful blackberries

4 ice cubes

1 small banana

1 pinch fresh mint

1/4 cup mineral water

Method: Simple put everything, except the mint, into the blender and blend for 45 seconds or until smooth. Dice the mint and add to the smoothie once poured.

Juices Content following vitamins: Vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B6, C and E, calcium, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, iron, sodium, zinc, folic acid, amino acids, natural sugars and ‘good’ essential fats.
