Baked Noodles and Brown Bread Recipe

Baked noodles with brown bread is a healthy and combination and makes for a lovely breakfast or meal choice.

Major Ingredients
4 cups noodles , smashed into small pieces
1 tomato, finely chopped
1 1/2 cups spring onions
1/2 tsp ginger (adrak) paste
2 green chillies, finely chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped carrots
1/2 cup finely chopped french beans
2 capsicums, cut into wedges
1 cup tomato ketchup
6 tbsp chilli sauce
salt to taste
6 tbsp butter
2 cups grated processed cheese
6 brown bread slices

Method:
First  boil  the noodles. Now put 2tblspoon butter in a deep pan,add choppen springonions,carrots,french beans,capcicums and add a pinch of ajinomoto. Once a bit cooked put garlic paste,salt to taste and green chillies chopped.cook for 5min. Take the pan from the cooking grill and add the noodles into this mixed vegetables add chilli sause and tomato sause into it.mix well until no noodle is seen white in colour. Now take the brown bread and apply butter to each bread and make a layer of the mixed noodle and vegetables on each bread. Finally Grate cheese on the layer. Heat the oven for 10min before. Put to bake for 5min at 120 degrees and Serve hot.
