1 cup almonds (badam)
2 cups sugar
1 cup ghee
1 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder
little saffron (kesar) strands
Powder the almonds nicely, now make sugar syrup with 2 string consistency. Add almond powder,cardamom poweder, safron, and stir it for 20 minutes by adding ghee little by little. Then pour the mixture in to a greased plate. keep it for 10 to 15 minutes . Now cut it in to diamond or square shapes.
