Cooking Time: 15 minutes.
2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
1tbsp amla (chopped)
1 tsp mustard oil
1 green chilli, slit
¼ cup sliced carrots
¼ cup cabbage cubes
½ tsp garlic (chopped)
2 tbsp tomatoes (chopped)
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
2 tbsp chopped spring onions greens
Heat the oil in a pan, add the green chilli and garlic, after 30 seconds add the carrots, cabbage and spring onion and saute for 1 to 2 minutes.
Add the Amla, tomatoes, 1tbsp coriander, salt, pepper and 3 cups of water and bring to boil, lower heat, cook for 10 minutes.
Serve hot garnished with the coriander and lemon juice.
