Aloo Ka Paratha Recipe

Learn how to make Aloo Ka Parantha in your home, Its very easy and test is yum yum, try it and serve hot with tamarind chutney or tea.

Serve – 4

Ingredient
500 Gms wheat flour
100 Gms veg. oil
2 tsp salt
1 small bunch of Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
10 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
1 inch piece of ginger (finely chopped)
300 Gms boiled potatoes
2 tsp mustard oil

Methods
Remove skin of potatoes add 1 ½ tsp of salt, Coriander leaves, garlic, ginger and mustard oil. Mash potatoes and mix well. Divide it in ten equal parts. Set aside.
Take flour in a bowl add ½ tsp salt and 1 tsp veg. oil, mix, with the help of water make semi soft dough. Divide it in ten equal parts approximately. Taking a small quantity of dry flour in hand roll each portion of the dough by palms to form balls. Roll a ball to get a circle of 3-4 inch diameter. Put a part of potatoes mixture in the center. Cover this mixture tightly by the dough. Form the shape of ball again. Roll it again to form circle of diameter of 5-6 inches. Put it on frying pan on medium flame. Cook using veg. oil so that two sides becomes light brown. Paratha is ready.
