Adrak Chutney


130 gms ginger / adrak
40  gms imli
40 whole dry  red chillies
4 small sized tomato
4 small sized onion
coriander / dhania leaves
4 tsp oil
cumin seeds / jeera
mustard seeds / rai
curry leaves / kadi patta
salt to taste

Wash and peel & cut ginger into pieces, thinner size recommended.
Chop onion tomato well.
Wash tamarind but dont soak in water.
In a mixer grinder put the ginger(chopped),red chillies,tamarind,curry and coriender leaves,salt and hing.make a paste.
For tempering take oil and fry mustard seeds and zeera seeds and if needed 1 red chilli,curry leaves.
Fry well then pour this on to the diluted paste and boil until chutney is done.
