Preparation time: 15 Mins.
Cooking time: 20 Mins.
250 gms. baked beans
3 nos. capsicums finely chopped
2 nos. tomatoes, finely chopped
1 tbsp. ginger-chilli paste
1 tsp. red chilli powder
1 cup coriander leaves (mixed with beans)
For the batter:
3 cups rice
1 cup urad dal
1. For the batter:
Soak the rice and dal overnight.
Grind to a smooth consistency and leave it for 6-7 hours.
How to proceed:
1. Heat oil in a vessel, add the chopped capsicums and tomatoes and sauté for 10 mins.
2. Add all the other ingredients for the stuffing to the mixture, cook till they are done and keep aside.
3. Now heat a tawa, spread the batter evenly and cook. Place the vegetable, spread on the batter, fold the dosa and remove from heat.
4. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
