Badam ka sharbat is a very healthy softdrink, Read the recipe and easily make badam sharbat or at home.
Take 50gm Badam (almond)
50 gm postu
1 lit Milk
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp saffron (kesar)
1 tsp green cardamom powder (hari elaichi)
Soak Badam and postu in water for 8-10 hours. Peel the outer covering of Badam. Grind the Badam and Postu in a food processor or grinder. Boil Milk and add the Badam, Postu, sugar, kesar and at last add elaichi powder in it. Keep the Badam sharbat in fridge for few min to cool it before serving.
