Adrak Ka Achaar

Preparation Time : 1 hour
Cooking Time : 2-3 days in sun
Serves / Makes : 250gm

Ginger 500 gm cleaned
Salt 12gm
Jeera 12gm
Lemon juice 200gm
10-20 Green Chili

1.grate ginger and Green Chili
2.mix salt,ajwain ,jeera coarse powder ,lemon juice
3.keep in sun for 1 days (for better result keep 2-3days)
4.achar will be ready
